Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Cooplands bakery. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery during the Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations
  • Get involved in food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

We are looking for a Team Leader with:

  • Team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings
