Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery in the absence of the manager and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

We are looking for a team player with excellent leadership and communication skills. If you have team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail and are looking to step into a managerial role, we would love to hear from you.

Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 18.00pm, and we are looking for candidates who are available to work during these hours. However, we are flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
