Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Cooplands Bakery team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and food preparation.
  • Collaborate with the store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader who can lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. If you have team leader experience or experience within hospitality/retail and feel you are ready to step into a managerial role, we would love to hear from you.

Shift Patterns

Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 18.00pm, and we desire candidates to be available between these hours. However, we can be flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
