Job Title: Staff Program Manager

At Google, we're committed to creating products that deliver value for our users and our business. As a UX Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping your team improve the design of our products, which are used by billions of users every day.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or collaborate with UX team leadership in key project decision-making, including requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
  • Provide leadership and operational excellence across teams to deliver the highest level of trust-building and execution.
  • Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to help the team scale their velocity and impact.
  • Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding vision, project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
About the Team

The Consumer Shopping UX team designs, researches, and collaboratively builds Google's suite of Shopping products. We support and partner with the commerce ecosystem, from large retailers to small local merchants, to give them the tools, technology, and scale to thrive in today's digital world.
