Job Title: Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of programs aimed at optimizing user interface and user experience across our platforms. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs that enhance both the front-end UI and the broader UX across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Lead UI/UX-focused platform experience initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery on time and within scope.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define, refine, and implement UI/UX strategies and improvements across our platforms.
  • User Experience Optimization: Focus on enhancing the consistency, usability, and delightfulness of platform experiences for both users and developers.
  • UI/UX Design Integration: Collaborate with design teams to implement cutting-edge user interface components and frameworks, ensuring consistency across platforms while allowing for customization when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for all UI/UX platform programs, facilitating clear communication between cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define success metrics (e.g., usability testing, user feedback, engagement KPIs) and continuously track performance to identify areas for improvement. Use both qualitative and quantitative data to guide program decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges related to platform UI/UX projects, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Advocacy for Design Principles: Champion user-centered design principles and ensure that UI/UX goals align with our overall platform strategy.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly related to UI/UX in a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, in UI/UX development projects.
