Job Title: Technical Programme Manager

As a Technical Programme Manager, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, development, and execution of programmes aimed at optimising user interface and user experience across our platforms. You will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional programmes that enhance both the front-end UI and the broader UX across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Lead UI/UX-focused platform experience initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery on time and within scope.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define, refine, and implement UI/UX strategies and improvements across our platforms.
  • User Experience Optimisation: Focus on enhancing the consistency, usability, and delightfulness of platform experiences for both users and developers.
  • UI/UX Design Integration: Collaborate with design teams to implement cutting-edge user interface components and frameworks, ensuring consistency across platforms while allowing for customisation when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for all UI/UX platform programmes, facilitating clear communication between cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define success metrics (e.g., usability testing, user feedback, engagement KPIs) and continuously track performance to identify areas for improvement. Use both qualitative and quantitative data to guide programme decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges related to platform UI/UX projects, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Advocacy for Design Principles: Champion user-centred design principles and ensure that UI/UX goals align with our overall platform strategy.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in programme or project management, particularly related to UI/UX in a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, in UI/UX development projects.
