About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Colleague to join our team at Saxmundham Superstore. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, enhancing the store's reputation and community engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for pay increases and additional payments based on location and skills.
- A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if desired.
- Three weeks' notice of scheduled shifts, allowing for planning and work-life balance.
