About the Role
At Tesco, we are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our operations rely on the support of dedicated teams, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our expanding team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repairs with external contractors efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve common goals.
- Maintain high energy levels while multitasking, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Support the Management Team in equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.
- Minimize disruptions to customers during repairs, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Other responsibilities include ensuring safe environments in all Tesco sites, following work schedules for efficiency, and sharing best practices with team members. Additionally, you will be involved in general property maintenance tasks and demonstrating the Tesco brand values.
Requirements:
If you have previous experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction environments and are comfortable using digital tools, you could be a great fit for our team. Key operational skills include ONC or equivalent certification, a full driving license, health & safety awareness, and proficiency in Office 365.
