Senior Team Leader/Team Leader Role Information:

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader/Team Leader to join our Childrens Residential Service in South Ribble.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of residential care staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people
* Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
* Manage rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Participate in on-call rota
