Liberty Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bradford.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution of cyclical projects within our People Services department, focusing on key areas such as compensation reviews, benefits administration, payroll activities, and business readiness initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of People Services projects, encompassing annual compensation reviews, benefits programs, payroll year-end processes, and other cyclical HR initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to define clear deliverables that align with strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Continuously optimize systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivering project results.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless transition of completed projects into BAU (Business As Usual) operations.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to internal clients by addressing complex queries and resolving data-related issues pertaining to project activities.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by actively participating in problem-solving initiatives, prioritizing tasks, sharing knowledge, and supporting cross-team development.
  • Champion continuous improvement through cross-skilling, knowledge sharing, and individual/team ownership of development plans.
Your Qualifications:

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in project management within an HR Shared Services environment.

  • Demonstrated success in leading projects, preferably within an HR context, involving collaboration with HR systems and technology.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following areas: HR, Benefits & Rewards, Payroll, Change Management, Business Readiness.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, fostering positive relationships with internal clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Desirable qualifications include a Prince2 or equivalent project management certification, HR experience, and a broad understanding of external HR/Shared Services trends and best practices.
