About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education - Brighton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education of primary-aged children in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support to students in a group setting and on a 1:1 basis
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, contributing to the development of lesson plans and educational activities
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional growth in students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom
Requirements
  • Previous experience in child-based work, preferably in a UK school setting
  • Enhanced DBS check and registration on the Update Service
  • Availability to work during school times
  • Desirable: experience working in UK schools
