We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join one of our amazing primary schools in the sunny seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea

What we are looking for:
  • Experience working with children, whether that be personal or professional
  • Patience and the ability to work confidently with young children
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs of students.
  • Assist the primary school teacher in delivering lessons and providing support to students
  • Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of a GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Valid driving licence (preferable)
  • Have a child only DBS (or willing to apply)
Working Conditions:
  • Work primarily takes place within a primary school setting.
  • Typical working hours follow the school schedule, Monday to Friday, typically 8:30am to 3:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
