Job Description

**Costing Coordinator Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Coordinator to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a Costing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Internal Sales Team with key customers, managing internal and external contacts to provide quotations, load and progress orders, and ensure that customers are always fully updated.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process RFQs
    • Prioritize the loading of RFQs onto our enterprise resource planning system and customer relationship management software.
    • Provide accurate costings for customer RFQs, ensuring that all quotations are accurately costed and meet our business strategy.
    • Liaise with all business functions to secure accurate data and ensure that all quotations are delivered to the Account Managers within an agreed timeline.
    • Raise price requests and support tickets as and when required.
    • Apply smart pricing to all quotations to ensure that we are competitive in the market.
    • Maintain agreed gross margin percentage in line with our business strategy.
  • Process Customer Orders
