About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Compliance Analyst to join our IT Asset Management team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our software licensing is compliant and optimized, supporting both Pan-Capita and Capita Clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Accurate Reporting of Vendor Compliance
  • Develop Optimized Vendor Licence Positions
  • Work with Data Analysts to Correctly Identify Software Products
  • Identify Opportunities to Reduce Licensing Costs
  • Process Proof of Entitlement and Manually Match to Applications
  • Review and Import New Purchase Information from Third-Party Systems
  • Develop and Improve SAM Lifecycle Processes
  • Qualify and Verify All Data Sources Required for SAM Processing
  • Analyze Market Changes and Assess Impact on Vendor Licensing
Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven Experience in Delivery of Effective Licence Positions/Reconciliations
  • Very Good Working Knowledge of Complex Licensing for at Least One Major Vendor
  • Experience of Major Vendor End-to-End Audit Processes
  • Knowledge of Emerging Technologies and Associated Licensing Models
  • Comfortable Liaising with Technical Architects, Data Analysts, and Consultants at a Technical Level
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills at All Business Levels
  • SC Cleared or Able to Gain SC Clearance
