A leading global consultancy is seeking a German-speaking Bi-lingual Software Licensing Officer to act as a liaison between the customer and the client, reviewing software licenses and ensuring customers are compliant and getting the most out of their software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing IT contracts and software procurement processes to ensure compliance and optimal usage
- Assessing commercial terms and managing license reviews with client customers
- Providing impact analysis of contract remediation/novation to establish recommendations that will not increase costs or cause issues with software licensing
- Exploring opportunities for potential cost savings and producing reports outlining key elements of the documents
- Acting as a liaison between client sales and legal, and the customer
Requirements:
- Bilingual German/English (ability to read and write to a high level is essential)
- Preferred experience within client-facing or analytical backgrounds - with an understanding of contracts and software
