About the Role:

The Field Care Supervisor is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care support services to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of care services to meet the needs of individual clients
  • Conduct regular reviews of client services to ensure they are meeting their needs and are of high quality
  • Provide supervision and guidance to care workers to ensure they are competent and confident in their roles
  • Work collaboratively with care coordinators to plan and deliver care services
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of client needs and develop care plans to meet those needs

Requirements:
