Our client, a reputable residential developer, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the completion of a 50-unit residential scheme in Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site management, delivering multi-unit new build residential schemes for a developer.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the project, from start to finish, and will have a proven track record of managing site teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • The scheme has 50 units left to build over the next 12 months, and the Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications, including CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS, and will have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate of £270 CIS, with the possibility of a permanent position available.
