About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced recruitment professional to join our team at Able Bridge Recruitment Limited as an Internal Recruitment Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing business, driving the recruitment team to deliver high volumes of blue collar and semi-skilled labour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of recruiters to ensure current and near-term recruitment requirements are met, including hands-on recruitment activities and delegation to the team.
  • Liaise closely with heads of operations in various locations to ascertain current recruitment needs.
  • Work closely with the management team to understand the future strategy of the business and the role that the recruitment team plays in growth plans.
  • Conduct telephone screening calls, face-to-face interviews, and arrange interviews with operations managers.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance is met in terms of onboarding, including right to work, proof of address, and relevant copies of qualifications.
  • Manage the relationship between new hires and the wider business once they have been onboarded.
  • Continuously improve the talent attraction strategy, stakeholder relationships, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced recruitment professional with experience of working in a high-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Prior staff management experience and ability to engage with stakeholders within the business at all levels.
  • Strategic planning skills to work with the leadership team to understand growth plans and drive future staffing requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at an operational level and travel within working hours.
