We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and selling a range of plastic building products to distributors, merchants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and sell plastic building products, including fascia and soffit, rainwater cladding, guttering, and panel products to distributors and merchants.
- Stimulate demand and sell to housebuilders, developers, and contractors, with a focus on the distribution channel.
- Turnover responsibility of circa £5m.
- 90% account management.
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and building materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
