About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team within the Maternity Unit at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to expectant mothers, during labor, and in the postpartum period.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
  • Perform routine observations and venepuncture procedures.
  • Provide assistance in the operating theatre setting.
  • Contribute to meal service and general housekeeping duties within the unit.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be a team player with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently. Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is essential.
