Teaching Opportunity in Musical Theatre

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced music educator to join our team as a part-time, hourly-paid teaching position in the Musical Theatre Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students studying within the musical theatre department, with a focus on contemporary musical theatre techniques, repertoire, and styles. The ideal candidate will have a distinguished record in teaching and/or delivering masterclasses within the conservatoire sector or higher education sector more widely.

The Faculty of Music at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance is committed to providing specialist education of the highest quality, reflecting the increasingly collaborative world of artistic practice. Our programmes of study combine practical and academic studies to equip students with the skills needed for a dynamic and sustainable career in the music profession.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach to an exceptional level of technical and musical competency, and to sustain students' emotional and musical needs over an extended period. They will also be encouraged to develop their skills in line with our research-informed teaching ethos.
