Job Overview

DPDgroup is seeking a committed International Customer Service Specialist to enhance our dynamic and customer-focused service team. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our customers are prioritized in every interaction.

In this role, your main duty will be to provide exceptional service to our clients, both internally and externally, regarding their collection and delivery requirements. You will take ownership of resolving any issues or complaints that may arise. Collaboration with your colleagues is key to delivering unparalleled customer-centric service within the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Addressing inquiries related to delivery status
● Quickly identifying and resolving issues
● Meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Key performance metrics will include:

● Average Handling Time and Call Service
● Response Times
● First Contact Resolution
● Quality and Compliance

Required Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record in a fast-paced customer service setting, demonstrating the ability to perform well under pressure. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a confident telephone demeanor, will be crucial in this role. We expect you to possess:

  • The capability to listen attentively to customers and establish rapport swiftly.
  • A professional and courteous attitude at all times, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
  • High levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively address problems.
