Lead the Way in Patient Care

We're seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to join our Surgical Inpatients team at the Harborne Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading our team to excellence.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a 12-bedded multi-speciality surgical ward, including GI, Gynae, orthopaedics, breast, spinal, liver, and more. You'll work closely with the manager and matron to deliver innovative nursing practice in line with HCA's mission and vision, national guidelines, and standards.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience working in a surgical inpatient setting
  • Experience in staff education within General surgery patients
  • Current nursing registration through the Nursing & Midwifery Council
  • Management experience/leading a team
  • ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire
