About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team at Peel Gardens Residential and Nursing Home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents, while also providing leadership and guidance to our care staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, working closely with our care staff and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to ensure that the care home is running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a nursing setting, with a strong background in operational management.
  • Valid NMC Pin and current driving licence.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
