Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to lead our Home Department at Boundary Outlet, a leading retail destination. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage and guide the Home Department sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide regular feedback and support to ensure team members are performing at their best.
  • Sales Performance and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and improve sales figures.
  • Customer Service and Experience: Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service. Address any customer issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Product Presentation and Merchandising: Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing department. Oversee the stocking and arrangement of products to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Staff Development and Training: Provide training and development opportunities for your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
  • Inventory Management and Control: Oversee inventory levels, including stock ordering, replenishment, and managing reductions to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to support store-wide initiatives and promotions.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth.
