Job Title: Events Director

We are seeking an experienced Events Director to lead our dynamic 15-strong events team in executing over 60 world-class B2B sustainability and product compliance conferences and training courses annually. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of event programs and operations, collaborating with sales, account management, and marketing teams to drive event success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the strategic direction and value proposition for our events business
  • Manage budgets and ensure the delivery of P&L targets
  • Lead and develop the events team to achieve high performance
  • Oversee the planning and execution of event programs and operations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and represent our events business in Enhesa group initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing large B2B conferences and training programs
  • Leadership skills with exceptional interpersonal and team management skills
  • Expertise in live, hybrid, and virtual experiences with a strong focus on customer success
  • Membership model advocacy and customer relationship management skills
  • Data-driven approach to enhance event development and outcomes
  • Team development and commercial acumen
