We are seeking a skilled nurse leader to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our mental health team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.
Main Responsibilities
- Team Leadership - Develop and maintain a high-performing team, recognizing and utilizing individual strengths to achieve service goals.
- Workforce Planning - Collaborate with senior colleagues to recruit, retain, and develop nursing staff, ensuring excellent training experiences for student nurses.
- Clinical Governance - Establish and monitor clinical standards, ensuring compliance through data-driven decision making and joint responsibility for achieving CQC standards.
- Collaborative Working - Foster strong relationships with partner agencies, community matrons, and senior leaders, promoting co-production with service users and carers.
- Clinical Assessment - Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to support service users.
