Michael Page (UK) is proud to partner with the City of London based European Investment Bank to find a talented TMT Investment Banking Associate.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TMT Investment Banking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our transaction team, you will be responsible for creating marketing materials, developing financial models, and performing analysis under the guidance of senior bankers.

  • Assist senior team members in executing transactions, including structuring deals, managing processes, and driving the execution of deals.
  • Take responsibility for financial analysis, cash flow modeling, business valuations, and/or credit analysis, distribution, and syndication (as applicable) in marketing and transaction execution activities.
  • Serve as a mentor for Analysts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work.
  • Professionally represent the bank at site visits, management presentations, and client meetings, and begin establishing relationships with market counterparts and peers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-6 years of M&A experience.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language (desirable).
