We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Manager to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business excellence and making informed decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct regular reviews of the overall market and specific therapy areas based on internal and external environmental factors, providing clear insight, benefit, and recommendations.
- Forecasting: Create and ensure the effective use of forecasting models which provide products with a thorough understanding of the size, depth, and breadth of the market, including factors such as patient numbers, to enable accurate forecasting and revenue aspirations to support the annual planning process.
- Commercial Strategy: By keeping an externally focused customer mindset, identify trends and create models to estimate future circumstances within the therapy areas, leading the setting of stretching commercial targets to achieve UKI performance goals.
- Data Management: Working closely with the Business Excellence Specialist, manage the capture management of all data sources, both internal and external, to integrated global/local systems, including master data management.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine data management processes to create high levels of data accuracy and governance, identifying new additional data sources to enable dynamic insights within the business where available.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the Strategic Business Excellence function to leverage, optimize, and fully utilize core group assets and resources, working with colleagues from other areas of the business, including IT to deliver tailored local solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of ability to work at a strategic level, driving solutions and recommendations that enable commercial decision making.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of source specifics of external pharmaceutical market data (e.g. IQVIA).
- Analytics Experience: Prior experience in forecasting, commercial analytics, or business analysis experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Complex Analysis: Proven track record of performing complex statistical analysis that leads to actionable information; making sound business decisions to support overall strategy.
- Industry Experience: Previous pharmaceutical experience.
