Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing a courteous and efficient reception experience.
  • Manage the relationship between customers and our dealership, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Effectively manage the service process, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Provide value-added sales solutions to customers, promoting our clients' products and services in an ethical and professional manner.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Administrative experience, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience in a selling/customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months, with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'.
