Key Responsibilities:- Drive customer satisfaction by providing a courteous and efficient reception experience.
- Manage the relationship between customers and the dealership, ensuring a seamless service process.
- Deliver effective value-added sales solutions to customers, promoting the dealership's products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Administrative experience, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience handling complaints.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months, with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK.'
