Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Shop Manager to lead our team of skilled machinists and technicians in the production of high-quality components. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all components are produced on time, to the correct quality, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the CAM team and workload prioritization to ensure efficient production.
  2. Oversee the Machine Shop Team for CNC program creation, scheduling, and production to meet customer demands.
  3. Manage inventory and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Coordinate with the Production Manager to deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with the Technical Manager to develop new concepts and innovations.
  6. Implement, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
  3. Proven track record in planning and scheduling.
  4. Experience in managing a small team and ability to work cross-functionally.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to efficiently meet deadlines.
  6. Preferable experience in 3 & 5 axis machines and Solidworks CAD/CAM software.
