Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the individual with everyday household tasks, such as cleaning, washing, and cooking.
  • Accompany the individual to appointments, food shopping, and other activities.
  • Assist with medication administration and auditing, as well as safeguarding and financial management.
  • Encourage the individual to participate in activities and outings, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual's needs.
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when interacting with the individual.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with medication administration and auditing.
