About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team within the Clinical Trials Unit at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be working with a variety of research professionals in a friendly and supportive environment, performing a range of clerical and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake general clerical duties and support the daily running of the Trials Unit, working as part of the Administration Team.
- Provide a support role for the staff in the Trials Unit as directed by the CTU Admin Manager/CTU Manager.
- Use a variety of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and UHBW Intranet, Evolve, Careflow, EROS, CDS/CAS, and internet-based applications such as EDGE 3 Database and Mosiaq.
- Create, book, and maintain clinic appointments using Careflow, MOSIAQ, and internal Bookings Spreadsheets.
- Request CVs and GCP certificates from Research Personnel on an ongoing basis and keep an up-to-date record of documents received.
