About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Churchill Living (Developments) PLC. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our 5 regions, driving business results, and developing a people agenda to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a people strategy to support business growth and HR objectives
  • Support our Managers on all aspects of people-related matters, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Work with our Senior L&D Partner to ensure our Colleagues are performing at their best and developing their skills
  • Act as a coach and mentor to our Managers to ensure our Colleagues feel valued, recognized, and fully supported
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to support people-related initiatives and guide business-related people discussions
  • Stay on top of our salary benchmarking and benefits
  • Actively work with our head office support function on workforce planning
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about all things people and how the role of HR can play an instrumental part in a progressive commercial company. You will appreciate the importance of building and developing relationships and enjoy working within a people-oriented business with strong values and a positive Colleague culture.

You will wholeheartedly appreciate the importance of supporting a multi-location workforce and will be flexible to travel. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, able to translate their knowledge of business functionality into effective practical solutions, and enhance the culture and improve employee engagement.

You will be a qualified member of CIPD or equivalent and be able to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR, with experience of delivering proactive solutions, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
