We're on the lookout for Part Time Sales Assistants who will help us continue to revolutionize the retail industry. We're seeking candidates who are open-minded, humble, and not afraid to take calculated risks to drive business growth.

Key Contribution Areas

  • To provide a warm and sincere welcome to customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • To engage with customers, asking open-ended questions to understand their needs and preferences.
  • To recommend and locate merchandise that meets customers' needs, providing expert product knowledge and advice.
  • To inform customers about in-store promotions, offers, and loyalty programs.
  • To process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest trends and product knowledge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • To maintain a customer-centric environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • To deliver exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • To educate customers about Frasers Group, our brands, and products, providing a personalized shopping experience.
  • To identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • To ensure the store is prepared for the next trading day, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • To adhere to all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
