Job Title: Reading Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Reading Support Assistant. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting students aged 11-16 years in their reading development.

About the Role:
  • Support students in reading activities and provide individualized support to those who require it.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement reading programs that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of reading.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop strategies to support students with varying reading abilities.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, literacy, or a related field).
  • High levels of literacy and reading skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other education professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
