About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our team at Mandeville. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Management: Collaborate with our CRM Manager to design and implement a robust email marketing strategy that aligns with our marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Trade Team Collaboration: Partner with our Trade team to highlight key categories and products in our marketing communications, ensuring a seamless and optimized customer journey.
  • Creative Content Development: Work closely with our design team to craft engaging copy for all CRM-related marketing communications that resonate with our customers.
  • Personalization and Performance: Leverage our personalization tools to deliver tailored marketing content, and report on performance metrics to enhance click-through rates.
  • Innovation and Evolution: Collaborate with our CRM Manager to develop and analyze A/B testing strategies, ensuring our marketing content evolves with our ever-changing customer base.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in CRM, and bring fresh ideas and concepts to the table for testing and implementation.
  • Loyalty Program Management: Assist our CRM Manager in nurturing our customer loyalty program, helping to build stronger, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced B2C environment, preferably in retail, travel, or a related field.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with an ESP (Email Service Provider) is a must.
  • Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach to analyzing data, drawing actionable insights, and making informed recommendations.
  • Copywriting Excellence: Exceptional copywriting skills that capture the essence of our brand and engage our audience.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, ready to work seamlessly within a team.
