Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 70 staff members, including Hard Services Manager, Soft Services Manager, and Security Manager.
- Oversee a P&L of 6 million pounds, ensuring efficient management of resources and budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a TFM contract, with a strong understanding of technical services.
- Technical qualifications or a solid understanding of technical services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
