Job Overview

As a key member of the DPDgroup team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely collection and delivery of parcels. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Load and unload parcels from vehicles, using manual handling equipment as required
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • A valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC (Driver Qualification Card) and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Physical stamina to lift, load and carry parcels, with a strong emphasis on manual handling and safety
