Job Title: Senior Children's Home Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Children's Home Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a Senior Children's Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Provide outstanding levels of childcare and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the best possible support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring that our service is always of the highest standard.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in residential childcare.

Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or close to completion).
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
  • Values in line with Esland's, including a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Aged 21 or above, due to industry regulations.
