We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Children's Home Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a Senior Children's Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in residential childcare.
  • Support the management of our children's home, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for our young people.

Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home, with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and best practices.
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare, or close to completion, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK, with the ability to work flexible hours, including sleep nights.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK, with no restrictions, and be aged 21 or above.
