Senior Children's Home Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a Senior Children's Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, enabling them to achieve amazing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Contribute to a warm and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
- Participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
- A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or close to completion).
- A full driving licence issued in the UK.
- Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
- Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
- Aged 21 or above.
