Position: We are currently in search of two Client Support Specialists to join our team on a temporary basis.
Opportunity: This role presents an excellent chance for individuals with prior experience in a call center environment.
Working Hours: The position requires availability during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 05:00 - 20:00
- Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays: 09:00 - 17:00
Schedule: The role entails:
- 30 hours per week
- 5 days a week
- Shifts ranging from 6 to 8 hours
- Weekend work is required on a rotational basis, with two days off during the week in lieu.
Transportation: Please note that the location is not easily accessible via public transport; therefore, a full driving license is essential for early and late shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor fault management systems.
- Receive and manage calls from customers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure attention to relevant contract details.
- Handle and respond to emails, taking appropriate actions based on contract requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft applications and CRM systems is preferred.
This role is available for immediate commencement.
