The Recruitment Crowd is collaborating with a distinguished care facility seeking to appoint a new Assistant Manager.
As the Clinical Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations within the facility to achieve or surpass objectives while ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. You will be responsible for supervising the care team and will be expected to take full charge in the absence of the Home Manager.
Through direct guidance and by exemplifying best practices, you will assist in training and mentoring care staff in all aspects of their responsibilities. You will support the Home Manager with pre-admission evaluations of residents, ensure that each resident's care plan and daily documentation are meticulously maintained, and promote effective communication with residents' families and external organizations.
This position may be suitable for you if you possess:
- Prior experience as a Clinical Assistant Manager in a care setting.
- The capability to engage with service users to comprehend their needs and deliver outstanding care services.
- A solid understanding of CQC standards.
- The ability to cultivate and sustain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and the care team.
- The capacity to encourage ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in the development, agreement, and evaluation of care plans within the facility.
Qualifications required for the role:NMC registered nurse with relevant experience - essential.
