Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to become an integral part of our vibrant team at the head office.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our office operations, ensuring that daily activities run smoothly.

  • Oversee general office functions, including managing communications and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including payment follow-ups and payroll processing.
  • Support project teams with various administrative duties, such as report preparation and document creation.
  • Manage invoicing, expense reporting, and fundamental bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Coordinator or in a comparable administrative position.
  • Proficiency in Sage and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes is advantageous.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work is essential.
