About the Role:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams and resources across various projects to ensure works are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site teams and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Commercial management of projects, including budgeting and cost control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Read and understand client drawings and programmes, preparing sub-programmes to meet requirements.
- Ensure works are carried out safely and that work areas are tidy.
- Write method statements and risk assessments as required.
- Take projects from order to final account.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction or a related field.
- Computer literate, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pro-active and can-do attitude, with a desire to learn and improve.
- Knowledge of preparing and reading drawings and programmes of works.
