### Job Title: Security Officer - Data Centre

### Job Summary:

ICTS (UK) Ltd is seeking a reliable and technology-savvy Security Officer to ensure the security and safety of premises and people at our Data Centre client sites in the Slough and Uxbridge area.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Manage access control for buildings and car-parks, including employees, visitors, and contractors
* Patrol buildings, car parks, and grounds to deter and detect problems
* Check and challenge ID passes with a professional and friendly approach
* De-activate and activate alarms, and unlock and lock buildings, rooms, external barriers, and gates
* Monitor fire, security, and building systems, including CCTV
* Identify and report Health & Safety issues and carry out first aid if necessary
* Respond to customer requests and queries
* Maintain records, including incident reports, using computer- and paper-based systems

### Requirements:

* SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in security
* Five years' checkable history and references
* Pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards

### Nice to Have:

* SIA Public Space Surveillance (PSS) (CCTV) license
* First Aid qualification
* Experience in a similar role
