Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as a Second Line Support Engineer. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and clients, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line technical support to customers and clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues, including Windows and laptop hardware break-fixes.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Ticketing System to manage and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our technical infrastructure and services to provide expert-level support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent technical skills, including Windows, laptop hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System or similar tools.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with full PC rebuilds and decommissioning/packaging of devices.
  • Knowledge of Mac skills and ability to support Mac users.
