About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our Cisco division at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital part in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing partner base through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and Maintain CRM System: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our CRM system to maintain a clear understanding of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide proactive solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrate a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and data entry into our CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Strong Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
